The uninhabited island or its Turkish name is Maldivler. "Sulu Ada" is a Turkish name and means freshwater island, because there are natural springs on the island. If you want to go swimming on the beautiful beaches of the idyllic island Sulu Ada, you usually have to book a full day trip with a tour operator. The island is a few kilometres from the mainland of the Turkish Riviera and can be reached from Adrasan Beach. The boat trip takes you past huge cliffs where major climbing events take place every year.
