Yoga

I guess my spiritual journey started in 2011 with José Silva Mind Control course what I completed in Budapest, Hungary. Pretty close but don't remember when I also went to a hatha yoga beginner course to try myself in yoga practice. I have tried bikram yoga too, but I was not practicing yoga often. Once when I moved to Izmir in 2016, one of my tour guide friend, Szilvi asked me to be her student for her yoga demo video for her exam. I said of course with pleasure. Szilvi was my mentor and real motivation to start to think about being a yoga teacher, köszönöm szépen! 

I worked 7 months in river cruise ships and 1 month on a sea ship in South Italy as an entertainer, translator, animatrice whatever and after that tough period I have decided to do something crazy and learn a new profession in the same time – I went to Colombia, Cali to my 300hr yoga teacher course. My guru is my master from Cali, he is Colombian, ex-lawyer and he is so real in my eyes and he does not play roles, he is like one in and out, Carlos Alberto Holguín Bolivar. Muchas gracias!
